Clutch - Tony Bianco
Heels - Jo Mercer

The LBD - every woman has to have one. It's your go to, flattering, timeless staple piece.

I'm particularly loving the 'Lottie' Dress from St Frock as it incorporates one of my current favourite trends - the neck cut out. It's super flattering to my body shape yet still really comfortable, and I feel amazing in it which always helps. OH and its only $59.. that helps too.

I paired it with all black accessories (as thats basically all I have) but for different occasions i'd mix it up with a different coloured clutch, shoes, and jewellery.

First outfit of Spring - my favourite season!

I am obsessed with this high-neck, cut-out top from St Frock which is only $49.90! I haven't fully updated my Spring/Summer wardrobe yet, hence why I paired the top with another monochrome piece; an old black Minkpink pleather skirt.

I'm hoping to make another large order from ROMWE.COM to update my wardrobe, and if you haven't already, be sure to check out the website for super cheap clothing, and when at the checkout use 'streetappeal30' to get another 15% off :)

Top - The Bronze Snake
Jeans - Lee
Shoes - Hype
Bag - Jo Mercer
Watch - Marc Jacobs

Scroll down 2 previous posts and you'll see me wearing this exact coat but in the camel version. I loved it so much that I searched for it in grey and luckily the legends at St Frock had it and sent it to me! It's also currently on sale for $35 too so I would suggest snapping that baby up right now!

I styled it similarly, with an all black ensemble and my favourite shoes, Nike Roshe's. I wear my black Marc Jacobs watch everyday but lately i've been adding the amazing silver wrist-wear from The Peach Box to accessorise.

Very excited for the weather to be warming up in the next couple of weeks so I can post outfits that do not include jeans and pants!

Hope everyone is having a good week so far :)

Top - Dolly Girl Fashion
Pants - The Fifth Label

Love or hate it, the 70's revival trend is around: think flares on sleeves and denim/pants, camel suede, v-shape tie up's and button up skirts. Although I like and appreciate the trend, I won't be participating in the severely flared high-waisted jeans and mustard coloured tops as its definitely not for me..

Instead, this high-neck, bell-sleeved, tie up top from Dolly Girl caught my eye. Paired with my black palazzo pants by The Fifth, I love the dressy and slightly 70's feel of this outfit! It's extremely comfortable too as its all very shapeless and loose.

I also wore this top to dress up my outfit when I had a one-night city getaway thanks to the Hotel Tonight app. If you haven't already, have a read of my last post and download the hotel tonight app to treat yourself to a night away!

Plan less. Escape/relax/unwind/indulge/live more; Hotel Tonight's motto.

Thanks to the new app HotelTonight, yesterday afternoon I was able to book a last minute getaway in my city for the same night.

It's nice feeling like a bit of a tourist in your own city, which is what I felt like yesterday. After checking into the Majestic Roof Garden hotel and seeing the amazing hotel room (and jumping on the ginormous king-size bed), I headed out to a restaurant i'd never been to before, called Ruby Red Flamingo in North Adelaide (which was so unique and delicious) and then to Steven ter Horst on Rundle Street for a hot chocolate.

In the morning I decided to get up early and do some shopping just next to the hotel on Rundle street. Next I checked out another new place for brunch called Entropy; my new favourite place to eat! It's hidden in the backstreets of Thebarton, has delicious food, amazing service, and is in the coolest venue.

I loved the fact that HotelTonight gave me the excuse to treat myself and try new places which I normally wouldn't. The app shows hotel rooms (globally) which are available up to 7-days in advance, and at discounted prices  - making it the perfect excuse to be spontaneous and, 'plan less, live more.'

And because I loved using this app so much, I have been lucky enough to receive a special discount promo code for anyone to use!

Whether it be for yourself and partner, a girls night, or to treat someone else, be spontaneous and enjoy :)

Last week I snapped up this lovely camel coat from Just Because Boutique when I saw they had 40% off store wide! Any coat at 40% off is definitely worth getting, and i've already got so much wear out of it too. And the fact the boutique is Adelaide based and the lovely owner lives just around the corner from me was a bonus as it's great to support small, local business!

Also a little shoutout to my hairdresser Claudia from Chi Hair Skin Body for working her magic on my hair and turning me fully brunette again and nailing the subtle ombre - she knows exactly what I'm trying to explain with the pictures I bring in on my phone haha!

I have a few exciting collaborations coming up too, including with the HotelTonight app and The Beloved Collective, which I will be posting about this week :)

Maxi dress, tassel tie-dye dress, face jewels, bracelets - Tree of Life
Belt - The Lair
Tassel bag, green hat - Rubi

Best 3 days ever.

Huge thank you to Tree of Life for dressing me in some beautiful pieces! I felt like a little indian queen in my 'Rajasthani dress' and loved the tie-dye tassel dress (which I picked out the morning of the last day as my planned outfit was wayy too hot!)

Shop Tree of Life here <--

I managed to see The Wombats, Peking Duk, Purity Ring, Florence, Jarryd James, Vallis Alps, Everything everything, Tame Impala, Royal Blood, Porter Robinson, #1 Dads, George Maple, Client Liaison, Urban Cone, Years and Years, and Holy Holy to name a few! This years line up was insane for my taste, but the festival itself was that good that i'd happily return next year even if there weren't as many acts that I wanted to see - its still definitely worth going.

Here's hoping I'm not totally broke next year and can return for 2016!
